Hi, I’m Dana.
I’ve been immersed in the world of art for over a decade. I try to keep making art as I wonder about life and nature. Using a mix of colored pencil and gouache, I paint pieces with texture you can see and that reflect my current fascinations—whether it’s the beauty of landscapes, the charm of everyday objects, or the architectural elegance of buildings.
My artistic journey often intertwines with my passion for cultural exploration, drawing influence from Japanese and Russian traditions, sparked by my love for language learning.
My background as a graphic designer and painter, while polar opposites at times, has shaped my ideas into what they are today. I want to inspire others to see the charm in the mundane, to celebrate the richness of diverse cultures, and to embrace their own sense of whimsy.
